Client Experience Manager

The right candidate has a fire within them that drives them to be successful matched with a welcoming demeanor and a willingness to learn the Kanvi way of servicing our clients. Our goal and yours should be to become our clients trusted adviser and have the flexibility to help our clients whenever necessary. An ability to climb a steep learning curve and an appetite for gaining knowledge is a must with this position. The key to prosperity within Kanvi is the ability to service clients in all communities they’re interested in and the awareness that self driven marketing and prospecting is a key initiative to success.

As a Client Experience Manager your duties include:

  • Be the front line to potential clients of Kanvi Homes
  • Educate and inspire potential clients on the Kanvi difference
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Responsible for completion of daily traffic reports including traffic counts, CRM registrations, prospects and follow up.
  • Creating sales action plans to sell spec. inventory
  • Ensure that our homes from the sales center, show homes and spec home inventory are presented professionally
  • Offer feedback from clients on all aspects of Kanvi Homes
  • Research and analyze competitive information in new home and resale markets
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive leads
  • Ability to engage clients during an extended purchase process

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education or related experience in the construction industry is an asset
  • Coursework towards the New Homes Sales Professional certification or certification would be considered an asset
  • A proven track record of sales successes
  • A drive to be the best
  • Individuals considered must be highly organized and detail orientated
  • The ability to learn fast and think on the go
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven ability to manage astute clientele with refined wants

Compensation: Compensation is a mix of a smaller base with commissions per sale and on achieving quarterly sales goals.

Site Superintendent

Currently we are looking for a Site Super to join our team.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Co-ordinate planning and scheduling of sub trades and manage their activities on site
  • Facilitate daily reporting of site activities and progress to the Project Manager
  • Manage work on site to ensure the compliance of construction with the drawings, specifications and building codes
  • Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are being followed
  • Advise the Project Manager of potential problems, work interference and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems
  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organization’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company
  • Ensure Quality Control according to the company’s procedures
  • All other related activities as required

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in residential construction
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership ability and organization skills
  • Experience with custom home building

Compensation:This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary package based on experience and includes benefits.

Client Experience Assistant

Currently we are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Client Experience Assistant to join our team.

Responsibility includes but not limited to;

  • Be the front line to potential clients of Kanvi Homes
  • Educate and inspire potential clients on the Kanvi difference
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Gather concise and relevant information about potential customers for Area Sales Managers
  • Ensure that our homes from the sales centre, show homes and spec home inventory are presented professionally
  • Update CRM with online and walk-in registrations
  • Assist in opening and closing of sales centres
  • Assist Area Sales Managers in follow up duties as assigned by Area Sales Manager
  • An appetite to grow the Kanvi Brand
  • Content creation (including social media, blogs)
  • Collaborating with sales, drafting, design and various other departments to increase successes for all promotional campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned by Kanvi Homes Management.

Desired Qualifications;

  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • One (1) to two (2) years-experience working in an Sales Assistant/associate role. Industry experience considered an asset.
  • Strong social media acumen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Inbound methodology to marketing
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM considered an asset.
  • Practical ability with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Superior writing and grammar for blogging.
  • Coursework towards the New Homes Sales Professional certification or certification would be considered an asset
  • Individuals considered must be highly organized and detail orientated
  • The ability to learn fast and think on the go
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The desire for personal excellence

The hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 3-8 pm and weekends 12-5 pm.

Compensation: Competitive compensation will be offered based upon experience.
