Kanvi Homes is a custom home builder founded in 2006 on the principles of offering modern design, quality construction and a professional and trusted buying experience. It has refined itself over 350+ custom builds, and over that time become recognized as one of Edmonton's top builders. Full Service Design-Build. We offer In-house architectural design, interior design and drafting services dedicated to pre-construction planning (total team of 7 dedicated experts). Ultimately it's all on us, accountability from design to project execution.
Detailed set of construction drawings reaching 25-30+ pages depending on project scope and size to ensure peace of mind for clients in design and review stages, prior to construction starting. While being fully completed in BIM (3D) drawings.
Online Client portal dedicated to provide clients construction updates remotely.

Commitment to Systems adoption and best practice processes implementation. We have adopted several software/systems and believe that a strong overall systems and controls environment leads to an overall better project execution, and client experience.
Optimal infrastructure size. We're a multi-disciplinary team of 25+ individuals. Small enough that we are intimate and can remain agile with our clients, and large enough that you have an entire team behind your project. Including a Client Experience Manager, Lead Architectural Designer, Architectural Drafter (creating 3D drawings), Interior Designer, and Site Superintendent who is ultimately responsible for the execution of the build.
